Based in Middle Tennessee, he has led the successful completion of more than 6,000 residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects—leaving a lasting imprint on the region’s landscape.
With a reputation for strategic thinking and steady leadership, Terry is known for navigating complex zoning, infrastructure, and environmental considerations with confidence. His work is shaped by deep relationships with local municipalities, engineers, builders, and property owners—partnerships that reflect his people-first approach to every project.

Campbell Dodd is a generational native Nashvillian, he began his real estate career in North Carolina four decades ago, with the NC DOT and a private civil engineering firm. He is also a broker with Nashville Equity Partners, while also holding a residential appraisal and insurance license.
As part of the RMG Development team, our commitment to fostering positive relationships is paramount. Tyler Evan Stephenson is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and capital advisor with a track record of building, scaling, and exiting companies in the title and development space. He founded Benchmark Title, growing it to 43 branches before its acquisition by Fidelity National Financial.
To date, Tyler has structured and placed over $850 million in real estate debt and equity across residential, mixed-use, and land development projects nationwide. His focus spans acquisition strategy, capital structuring, entitlement, and vertical execution.
He now works with a collective of family offices, leading investments and development initiatives in high-growth markets. Known for his execution-first mindset, Tyler brings together capital, strategy, and operating partners to drive long-term value creation across the real estate lifecycle.
